Terms of Use

Effective July 13, 2026

These terms apply to the Flickey iOS app and keyboard ("Flickey"). By downloading or using Flickey you agree to them. If you obtained Flickey through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Flickey on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal use, in accordance with the App Store terms.

Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or sublicense Flickey except where such restrictions are prohibited by law. You are responsible for what you type; Flickey is an input tool and does not monitor or moderate your content.

Your data

Flickey stores learning data (phrases, key-position preferences, settings) only on your device, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can erase it at any time from the app. Deleting the app removes everything.

Disclaimer of warranty

Flickey is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that Flickey will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that suggestions (such as Ghost Finish completions or dictation transcripts) will be accurate — always review text before sending it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flickey and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the app, including losses caused by mistyped, deleted, or auto-completed text. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app.

Changes

We may update Flickey and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
